What should be noted for the maintenance of internal components of micro gearboxes? Below, RISC Drive will give you a brief introduction:
A. When the micro gearbox is working, the temperature inside the box increases, the gas expands, and the pressure increases. In order to allow the thermal expansion air inside the box to be freely discharged, maintain pressure balance inside and outside the box, and prevent lubricating oil from leaking along the surface or axial extension of the seal and other gaps, a vent hole is usually installed inside the box.
B. Check the oil level in the oil tank of the reducer with the oil level indicator, and always maintain an appropriate amount of oil in the oil tank.
C. The bearing cover is used to fix the axial position of the shaft components and withstand axial loads, and the two ends of the bearing seat hole are closed with bearing covers.
D. The accuracy of the bearing seat hole manufacturing should be maintained during each disassembly and assembly of the box cover. Before precision machining the bearing holes, a locating pin should be installed on the connecting flange between the box cover and the box seat.
E. When changing oil through the drain plug, the dirty oil and cleaning agent should be drained. The oil drain hole should be opened at the bottom of the fuel tank seat and at a lower position in the oil tank. Usually, the oil drain hole should be plugged tightly, and a leak proof gasket should be added between the oil drain plug and the tank body interface. Regular startup checks are still very helpful.
