It is widely used in industries such as machinery, chemical industry, metallurgy, construction, and water conservancy.

The worm gear screw elevator has many advantages, such as compact structure, small volume, light weight, wide power source, no noise, easy installation, flexible use, multiple functions, multiple supporting forms, high reliability, and long service life. It can be used alone or in combination with multiple units, and can accurately control and adjust the height of lifting or propulsion according to a certain program. It can be directly driven by a motor or other power source, or manually operated. There are different structural and assembly types, and the height can be customized.

1、 Type, specification and representation method

1. Structural type

Type 1: When the screw rod moves axially, there are two types: basic type and anti rotation transformation

Type 2- The screw rotates and the nut moves axially.

2. Assembly type

Type A - Screw (or nut) moves upwards:

Type B - The screw (or nut) moves downwards.

3. Screw head type

The screw head of Type 1 structural type is divided into four types: Type I (cylindrical type), Type II (flange type), Type III (threaded type), and Type IV (flat head type),

The screw head of the Type 2 structural type is divided into two types: Type | (cylindrical type) and Type III (threaded type).

4. Transmission oriented

Normal speed (P), slow speed ratio (M). Customizable medium speed ratio (F) according to user requirements.

5. Enhance carrying capacity

10 types: 1, 2.5, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 35, 50, 100 (x10kN)

6. Protection of screw rod

Type 1 structure includes basic type, anti rotation transformation type (F), and protective cover type (Z); Type 2 structures have basic types.

 

Selection instructions for elevators

According to the stroke of the screw and the lifting load, refer to Figures 1-4 to find the required model of the elevator, and then check the lifting force and speed table to verify whether the lifting speed meets the requirements.

Example: Given that the lifting load is F=20KN, the screw stroke is 400mm, and the lifting speed is V=0.65m/min, try to find the required elevator.

According to F=20KN and screw stroke=400mm, refer to Figure 2 and select SWL5 elevator. Upon rechecking the lifting force and lifting speed tables, it was confirmed that the SWL5 elevator only allows a speed of 0.526m/min under a load of 25KN. Only by selecting a larger model of elevator and checking the lifting force and lifting speed tables again, it was found that the SWL10 elevator allows a lifting speed of 1.44m/min under a load of 20KN, which meets the requirements.
