Improper selection of stepper motor reducer, insufficient motor torque or inertia of object motion exceeding the motor self-locking force, resulting in step loss or stepping loss. Improper selection of the driver and insufficient current of the matching driver have affected the normal operation of the motor. Many current falsely labeled drivers on the market now use peak current as the rated current to deceive consumers. The rated current of the driver selection should be 1.2-1.5 times greater than the rated current of the stepper motor reducer. Improper selection of matching power supply, the matching power supply should be 1.5-2 times the rated power supply of the driver, and the power supply virtual label is more serious than the driver virtual label. The control part should eliminate interference, stay away from the frequency converter, and prevent static electricity.

The installation site of the decelerator (accelerator) should be separated from thermal radiation. If installed in a very hot or cold place, there must be measures for cooling and lubricating oil heating to ensure normal start-up.

The concrete foundation or metal base plate for installing the reducer must have sufficient rigidity; The anchor bolts should be buried at sufficient depth and leveled with shims. The thickness of the shims should not be less than 1mm; To ensure stable and deformation free operation of the load.

Find the level and align it with the power machine and working machine separately

The accuracy requirement for a spirit level is generally 0.02~0.05mm/m. The spirit level extends outward from the horizontal plane of the machine body or is a machined surface parallel to the horizontal plane. The higher the accuracy of the alignment, the better. It is necessary to consider the compensation ability of the coupling used for the alignment error and the allowable deviation. Generally, the axis angle error should not exceed 10 "and the translation error should not exceed 0.1mm.

The rust inhibitor and anti-corrosion agent on the shaft extension must be cleaned thoroughly before installing the coupling, sprocket and other components on the shaft extension. Tools such as sandpaper, files, scrapers, etc. that are prone to damaging the surface of the shaft should not be used to remove rust inhibitors and preservatives. When installing couplings, sprockets, etc., heavy hammer strikes should not be used, and the method of thermal expansion and contraction should be adopted.

The axial force generated by the sprocket and pulley transmission on the shaft extension should ideally be directed towards the installation foundation.

If a hydraulic coupling is used for the connection with the power machine. Due to the large mass of the hydraulic coupling and the significant centrifugal force during start-up, the gravity of the hydraulic coupling should be avoided. All centrifugal force should act on the reducer shaft extension, meaning that the hydraulic coupling should not be suspended on the reducer shaft extension, but should be supported together with the power machine. This way, the support point of the shaft extension does not produce additional bending.

Compared with ordinary deceleration motors, deceleration stepper motors can achieve speed and position control, while ordinary deceleration motors cannot achieve positioning control.

What does the misalignment of stepper motor reducer refer to

Misalignment of the stepper motor reducer is called step loss, which can be divided into step loss and step over. When the stepper motor is working normally, it moves one step angle, that is, forward step, every time it receives a control pulse. If control pulses are continuously input, the motor will rotate continuously accordingly. When losing steps, the number of steps the rotor advances is less than the number of pulses; When stepping, the number of steps the rotor advances exceeds the number of pulses. The number of steps taken for one step loss and one step over is equal to an integer multiple of the number of runs. When the step loss is severe, it will cause the rotor to stay in one position or vibrate around one position. When the step loss is severe, the dragging structure will experience overshoot.

Analysis of Step Loss and Out of Step in Stepper Motor Reducer:

Improper selection of stepper motor reducer, insufficient motor torque or inertia of object motion exceeding the motor self-locking force, resulting in step loss or stepping loss.
