The operating principle of precision planetary gearbox

A precision planetary gearbox is a power transmission mechanism that uses the gear ratio to reduce the input speed of the motor to the required output speed and obtain a larger torque mechanical mechanism.  

 

The precision planetary reducer is designed with spiral gears, which have precise meshing, smooth operation, low noise, and an integrated gearbox body. Compared with reducers of the same specifications, it has a smaller volume (saving more than 1/4 of volume and weight), higher output torque, and higher transmission efficiency.

 

Spiral gear design

The reduction mechanism adopts a spiral gear design, with a tooth meshing ratio of more than twice that of a general spur gear, and has the characteristics of smooth operation, low noise, high output torque, and low backlash.
