Reducer motors are widely used in the chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, electrolytic manganese metal industry and other fields. The models, parameters, and performance of deceleration motors used in each industry are different. Here are 11 key points to summarize and share with customers for reference when choosing deceleration motors.

1. Before purchasing a reduction motor, please determine its purpose, application scenario, and list various factors such as environmental requirements, operating temperature, and medium;

2. When determining power demand, factors such as current, voltage, speed, reduction ratio, transmission ratio, torque, load capacity, noise, transmission efficiency, and number of stages should be taken into account;

3. Determine the torque, safe rotation mode, and maintenance mode of the output shaft of the deceleration motor;

4. Determine the input drive shaft speed and reduction ratio of the deceleration motor;

5. Choose a reduction motor based on its size. If the output shaft torque is insufficient, return to "2" and re match; Otherwise, return '0';

6. Determine the safety factor SF;

7. Determine the installation dimensions of the gearbox and motor;

8. Determine the reduction ratio of the gearbox;

9. Determine the performance parameters of the motor, including voltage, power, speed, series current, transmission ratio, load capacity, noise, transmission efficiency, etc;

10. Determine the working environment and system of the motor;

11. Calculate the torque of the load. Torque calculation plays a crucial role in the service life of motors. Customers are advised to pay attention to the maximum torque value (TP) of acceleration, regardless of whether it exceeds the maximum load torque of the motor.

When there are no suitable model parameters for the deceleration motor, customized technical parameters can be used, and the technical parameters can be customized according to requirements, such as the range of customizable parameters.
