What is the cause of servo motor vibration? You know what?

The sudden power failure and stop of the motor during operation cause significant shaking, which is related to improper wiring terminals and parameter settings of the servo amplifier BRK. The acceleration and deceleration time constant can be increased, and the motor can be slowly started or stopped by PLC to prevent shaking.
Under what circumstances can servo motor shake? How can we solve the problems caused by the vibration of these servo motors? How were they resolved separately?

For example, if the acceleration and deceleration time is set too small, the servo motor will produce high inertia vibration when suddenly started or stopped. Increasing the acceleration and deceleration time separately can solve this problem.
The vibration caused by mechanical structure can be divided into two situations
No load shaking
a. The foundation of the electric motor is not firm, the stiffness is insufficient, or it is not securely fixed.
b. The fan blades are damaged, disrupting the mechanical balance of the rotor.
c. The shaft is bent or cracked. This can be solved by tightening screws, replacing fan blades, replacing shafts, and other methods.
If there is shaking after adding load, it is usually caused by a fault in the transmission device, and the following parts can be judged to have defects:
a. The rotation of the tape roller or coupling is unbalanced.
b. The center line of the coupling is inconsistent, causing the motor to not coincide with the mechanical axis being driven.
c. The transmission tape joint is unbalanced. It can be solved by adjusting the transmission device to balance it and other methods.
Jitter caused by faults in the compensation board and servo amplifier of the servo system:
