Input shaft fracture
Reason: The radial force is too large, the installation error of the coupling is too large, and there are quality issues.
Response: Replace parts. When the user inputs power with the pulley, check whether the radial force exceeds the specified maximum value. Check if the angle error of the coupling installation exceeds the tolerance.
Gear tooth fracture
Reason: Overloading work, gear quality issues.
Response: Replace the parts and recalculate the load to see if the selection is correct.
